AboutBasildon Parents4Parents
A Charitable Incorporated Organisation, registered with the Charity Commission since December 2017.
Our Story
We began with a small group of dedicated parents who wanted to make a difference in their community, helping other parents with their everyday challenges.
We've now grown significantly in terms of our outreach and the different term-time projects we offer. Combining a non-judgemental and common-sense approach to helping parents, we provide a solid support system incorporating a variety of health, wellbeing and educational services for local families.
We support families having difficulties with their own or their child's wellbeing, school issues, housing, debt or cost of living challenges. We also offer training courses and workshops that help parents learn valuable skills to support their families and help them get back into work.
Award Winners
In 2025, we won the Basildon Borough Voluntary Group/Project of the Year Award, celebrating the work we are doing within our local community.
Our Vision
Dedicated to enhancing the confidence and independence of families in Basildon, providing support, training, and practical assistance. To assure families that the challenges of raising children are common and to underscore the positive aspects of family life — empowering families to navigate parenthood with resilience and optimism.
